Hours of Service
Orders for the Document Delivery Service are processed Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm (Pacific). Orders received outside business hours will be processed the next business day. Please note that same day fax orders must be received by 1pm (Pacific), Monday ­ Friday in order to fulfill same day service

Which Documents are Included in the Service
Please note that not all articles listed in the TIE Bibliographic Database are available for delivery. We can supply only those articles designated as available for document delivery. We are unable to provide articles from publications which are not registered through the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC). Registration with the CCC allows us to legally provide TIE users with copies of articles and pay copyright fees to one organization. In order for these publishers to estimate the number of requests for articles in their publications, please notify them when you find articles you want and suggest that they register with the CCC. Contact information for these publishers will be provided with their citations on the TIE. You may limit your search results to articles that are available through this document delivery service by checking the appropriate box on the bibliographic database search page.

How to Order
Browse or search the Bibliographic Database. Please note that you can limit your searches to display only citations for articles included in the document delivery service.

1. If an article is available for delivery it will be indicated in its bibliographic citation.
   
   
2. Click on hyperlink to order the article.
   
   
3. You will see ordering information which includes a list of the article(s) you have selected. You may proceed to order the article(s) or continue looking for more.
   
   
4. Once you have selected one or more articles, if you return to search or browse the database, you will see new links which allow you to return to this ordering section at any time.
   
   
5. You can make adjustments to your order as necessary by using the appropriate buttons on this page.
   
   
6. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Check Out."

Cost of Service
Cost of the article depends on the delivery method, as noted in the below. The cost includes copyright fees which are charged up front by the publisher, and our labor and copying/mailing expenses. Copyright fees are determined by the publisher.
